Foto CVMaría Jesús (aka Maje) is the Founder and Director of Cronopios Spanish Lessons. She is from a gorgeous place in Spain, Galicia, “the best place in the world!” in her own words. With more than 10 years’ experience in the teaching of Spanish, in 2012 she launched Cronopios to provide students from London and around the world with creative and affordable Spanish lessons tailored to their needs. She is an enthusiastic Cronopio, we mean, Spanish teacher and she is passionate about teaching and design.

Maje holds a BA Hons in Spanish, a PGCE in Modern Languages and an MA in the Teaching of Spanish a Foreign Language. She is also an experienced Spanish editor and she is currently managing a magazine for students of Spanish (www.revista-trabalenguas.info). She also collaborates with several publishing houses creating teaching materials.

Olga perfilOur next Cronopio is Olga. She holds a five year Bachelor in Hispanic Philology, specialising in Spanish Literature. She is from Madrid and she has over fifteen years’ experience teaching in schools and tutoring privately. She taught in the Drama Studies department in Spain. She is an absolutely enthusiastic teacher who enjoys the learning process of her students. She loves communication and she is a very warm person who considers that the confidence of the student is one of the utmost priorities for learning. She is a versatile Spanish teacher who works with different ages and different needs. Since Olga has been living in the United Kingdom she has grown as a Spanish teacher and she has cultivated a very friendly and close relationship with her students. She loves to have fun in her lessons and she is always looking for new ways to make them enjoyable and entertaining. She is a very creative teacher who is always taking her students to museums, art galleries and Spanish cafes, and she tries to make the learning process as natural and real as possible!
